"A beautiful place with stunning natural scenery, and the glass bridge offers excellent views, making it one of the area’s best tourist attractions. However, the maintenance is disappointing. Cleanliness needs significant improvement, with plastic bottles scattered around and no visible cleaning staff. The toilets were also not clean. The mirror maze requires an additional fee, but the mirrors were covered in dust, fingerprints, cobwebs, and dirt, making it seem like they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I informed a staff member, but the response was unhelpful. There are several food stalls, but I couldn’t find a good-quality eatery. Since this is a privately managed attraction, I expected much better maintenance and visitor experience. The place has great potential, and I sincerely hope the management improves cleanliness and overall upkeep."

"Beautiful valley view of mini ooty from park specially from glass bridge. Entry fees to park is 20 rupees for adults and free for kids. Each rides or section has separate entry fees. It has two glass bridges , for big one entry fees is 200rupees per adult, and for small bridge 50rupees per adult. For pet park 50 rs per head, underwater tunnel 100rs and horror house 100rs. Selfie points free. Worth visiting there however only negative point is glass bridge entry fees is bit high."
